Surface Preparation: Ensure the surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose particles.
Sand the surface lightly for better adhesion if required.
Application :Stir the adhesive well before use.Apply a uniform layer of SCbond Ultima using a brush, roller, or spatula on one or both surfaces (for porous materials, applying on both surfaces is recommended).Allow the adhesive to set for 5-10 minutes before joining the surfaces.
Bonding: Press both surfaces firmly together for strong contact.Use clamps, weights, or nails to hold them in place for 30-60 minutes for best results.Wipe off any excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth.
Curing Time: Allow complete curing for 8-10 hours before applying any load.Full strength is achieved within 24 hours.
