SC BOND P2W master is the new generation adhesive for pasting PVC laminates ,Edge Banding tapes, Acrylic sheet to Plywood MDF and Block Boards and other wooden surfaces, where the regular white adhesive or rubber adhesive does not work well. It must be applied to both surfaces when pasting PVC laminated sheets and only one surface when pasting PVC edge banding tapes.

Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil or grease.
Glue Application: Apply P2W MASTER glue uniformly on the backside of the PVC laminate and on plywood/MDF/particle board.
For PVC edge banding, apply P2W MASTER glue only on plywood/MDF/particle board edges using a spreader or spatula.
Open Time: Allow 10-15 minutes under normal conditions.
Bonding: Before the adhesive film dries, align and attach the PVC sheet or edge banding tape to the glued surface.
Press & Remove Air: Use hand pressure and a damp cloth to eliminate air bubbles and remove excess glue.
Edge Joint: Press firmly for 2-5 minutes; use masking tape for support.
Setting Time: Handling strength develops in 4-6 hours; full strength in 24 hours at room temperature.
