Rigid D3+ is a high-performance waterproof adhesive designed for bonding premium thick laminates, plywood, MDF and various wood types. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and grease. Surfaces should be properly leveled. For better adhesion, roughen the surfaces before application.
Stir well before use. Apply a uniform coat starting with the non-porous surface (e.g., laminate), then the porous surface (e.g., wood). For even distribution, apply lengthwise on one surface and breadthwise on the other.
Ply to Laminate: Before drying, align & press both surfaces together.Use a damp, squeezed cloth to remove air bubbles and ensure firm contact.
Wood to Wood Align surfaces and press before drying. Keep under pressure for 24 hours for best results.
Wipe off excess adhesive with a damp cloth.Use clamps, weights, SCGRIP Tape, cold/hot press, or roller press for a strong bond.
